This is a game that we should win. Chris Wilcox is out for the remainder of the season and other than Kevin Durant, the Sonics have nothing n-o-t-h-i-n-g, which is why I'm really uncomfortable about tonight's game :-\ . These are the kind of games that we've underperformed in all season.

Maybe tonight they'll prove me wrong.

This is a must win, but also 2 days ago Lakers game was must win for them. At this stage of the season, anything can happen, but unfortunately it doesn't matter whether we win or lose.

We should certainly win this game. Go Bobcats..

We are moving the ball REALLY well and every one is getting involved.

The angry EO50 has shown up and is dominating.

Swish can't miss.

We are on track to set a qtr scorning record.

Twiggy needs to learn that he doesn't need to jump into people when he trys to block shots. He has the length and hops to block shots at a distance and not foul.

Well their bench pretty much kicked ours in the nuts. Looks like the starters finally grabbed some MO back right at the end of the half.

Mek's looking strong, taking advantage like he should. We're passing WELL. Crash & Swish making that extra pass.

Happy to have the lead at this point.

No kidding Spectre!!

Now I'm no super coach, but considering we were 16pts up at one stage around the 7 or so min mark of the 1st, wouldn't it have been a good idea to take our starters out and rest them so they could start the 2nd?

Instead, Vincent plays pretty much all our starters until the very end of the 1st so he has no choice to leave them on the bench for about the opening 5 mins of the 2nd so they aren't gassed and let them watch our 2nd unit get their arses kicked and allow the Sonics back in the game?

I would have thought playing the starters for 8 or 9 mins of the 1st, letting them rest the last 3 mins and then starting them in the 2nd would be the best game plan?

barely beating a team missing their 2nd leading scorer and a home doesn't bode well for our playoff chances...but ill take it where we can get it

Heh Tupac I think that ship has sailed!

Slam you know I thought Bernie was bad at subbing in. The Big Guy certainly has a sense of humor...proving once again that no matter how bad you think you have it there's always something worse. Vincent needs to be quicker reacting to the damn game and stop allowing us to fall in those deep holes.

The guys toughed it out, played pretty good D in the 2nd half and took the win! I really like having Duds out there; he made some mistakes tonight but he seems to be the best at boxing out and he's always in the right spot...4 steals for him. Mek had a much stronger game and everyone moved the ball well. Tonight was a good night for Felts to be a scorer, and he delivered.

Got the win...well done.

Gotta like seeing Angry Mek in full effect!

It often seems like Jared (though just a rookie, still making mistakes) is the smartest player on our team (with a nod to DA).

The guys all looked like they wanted to play and wanted to win, which we is not something that we have always been able to say over the course of this season.

Like Tamb said, at this point we're in a virtual no man's land in the standings. Win or lose, we're probably gonna be around the 8th pick in the draft. Glad to see that we're still interested in winning.

"Virtual no man's land" is maybe the best phrase that can explain our position right now.

Besides all, winning is always good, though.

I am very proud of the team! They showed that even thought they are 5 out with 10 to play, they still have a desire to win. There will be NO TANKING!! We may actually pass a couple more teams in the standings and hurt ourselves Draft-wise, but this team wants to win. They ae showing some heart!

An Okafor sighting! 19 and 9 aint bad, but he did not heave to deal with Wilcox either. That makes a huge difference. Solid games from J-Rich and Ray! Crash was sub-par tonight, but maybe he explodes tonight!

I wanted to reiterate what was mentioned above. Dudley is really showing some high BB IQ out on the Court. His Defense is completely overlooked by the Press, but the kid a a good defender. Always disrupting passes for near steals, and then actually getting a few. Smart player for a Rookie! Love his fire.

Man, we have a 2 game Road winning streak! We actually have a chance to make it 3 tonight against Portland!

At this point the standings don't matter; its just very nice to have a reason to watch the Bobcats again!

Any of you see Durants chuck shot from like 35 ft.(?) with 9 seconds left and the Sonics down by 3?

I think it left Steve Martin speechless...all he could say was ..."well...he IS a rookie heh heh"

But I was laughing out loud. He chucked the game! Like good enough show, we don't really need this.

The Sonics have won 17 games for the potential 2nd draft spot. The Wolves are 3rd with 18. Can you say "Derrick Rose"?

Oh and see ya in OkieHomie.

That dinal Durant shot was definitely a reminder: the kid just isn't yet ready to be big. 9 seconds left....he yould have done just about ANYTHING before getting that shot off in time....
