Maybe you would not believe me but for the first time this season, I have no hope for winning. Indeed for the first time. Even when we were playing against Spurs, Mavs etc, I always had slim hopes of winning. But this time not.
Pacers are 2 games behind the 8th Hawks as 3 games remaining. They definitely have to win this game in order to last their hopes for playoffs. And we have no targets left for season. The only advantage for us would be that they're on the secong leg of a back-to-back series while we've been resting for 3 days. But one more loss looks inevitable to me. Let's see what happens. However, I'm still rooting for them. Go Bobcats!!
Bobcats
PG Raymond Felton
SG Matt Carroll
SF Jason Richardson
PF Emeka Okafor
C Nazr Mohammed
Pacers
PG Ronald Murray
SG Mike Dunleavy Jr.
SF Danny Granger
PF Troy Murphy
C Jeff Foster
is the game on tv? in the Ral/Dur area the tv guide, FSN 50 does not show it is broadcasting the game tonight.

indiana really needs this game. We already missed the boat of beating our old record. It will be interesting, lets pull out a few more wins before the season is over.

Jared Dudley brought his jumper tonight, Charlotte up 23-22
I'm REALLY enjoying Felts passing and PG play tonight. If only that idiot didn't play him at the 2 in the 2nd after he had racked up 8 assists in the 1st qtr alone.

Does Felton have stamina issues? I've seen his shot look a little flat late in games from time to time. But, overall, he seems to do o.k.
I'm just wondering if he gets winded more than we realize.
Good question. The really bad brain farts he has are generally in the 2nd half and generally due to sloppy handles and bad decisions. I've always put it down to him trying to do too much, but maybe he does get gassed?
He is a chunky little dude who will probably blow out to 300lbs when his career is over!!

Raymond made quite afew nice looking passes in half #1!!!
Raymond made quite afew nice looking passes in half #1!!!
-------------------------
He looked awesome in that 1st qtr when Buzz let him run the point. He was playing with his head up and seeing the court really, really well.
Hope he plays that way for all of the 2nd half
Solid screen by EO50 for Swish on the curl who then found Dude for the J.
We are playing GREAT team ball tongiht.
(untill the Midget checks back in)
4 fouls on Granger!!
Swish out thunkned him twice in a row.
EO50 having a really good, productive 3rd qtr, so what does Buzz do?
Yank him.
Idiot.

I don't know. I think it's just his face and build. Being a shorter player, he's not going to look as lean as the taller guys.
Wow. That cross over and layup up by Felts was damn nice!!

Earl is a shorter player and he is lean!!
Felts is chunky and will blow out when his career is over!

Earl is an elf. He makes toys at Christmas. It's not a fair comparison.
Besides, quite hating on fat people! I'll cross you over, hit the shot, and get the foul!!

We've overcome 13 three pointers by Pacers, 37 points by Granger and won. Whew. Thanks for making me dumbass. If only you would have started it in earlier stages of the season.
Solid performances by Okafor, Felton and Dudley. J-Rich shoot a little poorly from field but was great from the line.
Let's win the remaining two games.

He's all muscle. You can see his progression from his freshman yr at UNC. He gets larger and larger and to me, it's always looked like muscle.
Oh, and great win tonight. I think the ball movement is a little bit better with Crash isn't in. We run so many isolations when he is in and everyone else just kind of stands around.
Great game for Duds too . . .

Great road win vs a team at home fighting for a playoff spot! Ind was 2 games behind Atl and Atl losing to Boston. Ind had every reason to fight hard and win, and we beat them at their own house!
Great game from Ray with 18 pts 12 asts
Okafor, Dudley, J-Rich and Nazr all played big tonight.
Guys, we may play ourselves ahead of Chi for the 8th spot and wind up with the 9th pick. But, I'd rather my team bust ass to win and NEVER surrender than start throwing in the towel and losing to gain a better draft pick. Fight on, mighty Bobcats!

I'm sorry. Every time I see Indiana play, I cannot help but think of this:
2005 1st round 13th selection Charlotte Sean May
2005 1st round 17th selection Indiana Danny Granger
I yelled at the TV that day at the Draft, and it still pisses me off to this day. What the hell were we thinking in the War Room that day? Just plain stupid.

This is a very important point IMHO. Although Wallace is a very mobile player, our offenses with him were so static, because of his inefficient isolations.
We should use him as well as Phoenix Suns used Shawn Marion. Marion doesn't have any special game on offense. He only follows the offensive rebounds and makes open 3's. So D'Antoni didn't try to use him as a low-post player, although Marion didn't like it. Whatever, our coach in new season should limit his role on offense.

:D :D :D
That's a freaking classic!!

And I'll be eating a double quarter pounding watching you while you do it!!
I'm no slim jim!! I'm about 250lbs - but I'm 6'7".

The greatest irony of it all was that the thing that scared many teams, including the Bobcats, away from Granger was his "suspect" knee!!
What's McMay up to these days?

Don't get me wrong - he has a great build today. I love his strength. I just think that when his playing days are over, he'll become a chubber.
Someone with a build like EO50 will always have a good rig, but someone with a rig like Felts will get chunky.
Dude is also a future fatty. So is Swish.
