Should we add a Politics/Religion sub-forum in the Lounge area?

What are your thoughts?
Positives: There are some really intelligent people here and the discussion would surely be interesting.
Negatives: If you've read any of the political topics on the charlotte.com forum then you understand that there are some real whack jobs out there and I don't necessarily want them spreading their lunacy here.

I don't think that's necessary. I think the great thing about a "Lounge" forum is that you can open up discussion about anything you want (that isn't related to Bobcats or other sports stuff of course). What I've seen happen in other forums is that sub-forums have been opened (whether for politics, music, movies etc) and then traffic from the Lounge forum decreased considerably because people started using the other ones but then all the traffic that was in the Lounge forum just spread evenly to the other forums and then none of them had the same traffic as the Lounge had before the splits. So basically, I think we should just keep the lounge as it is, with no sub-forums :)
