D'antoni taking the Knicks job. This means some of their players don't fit his system. Some will have to go. Who will be available. Maybe Crawford hopefully.

This should be moved to the Around the NBA section but anyway...

The only players I would want fro the Knicks are Nate The Great Robinson and David Lee
We dont need Crawford at all...

D'antoni must know something we don't in taking this job. I guess 4 yrs/$24 million is pretty damn good, but for a guy used to winning over 50 games a year, it makes you wonder. Part of the reason Mark Jackson was being considered for the job was that he could learn on the job, while the Knicks rebuild over the next 3-5 years. I'll admit, this one was very surprising. Does this mean AJ is going to Chicago?

I see this stemming from it being just so damn hard to succeed in the West - something D'Antoni was able to do there, and should be able to do in the East too. However, it's gonna be tough to get his feet under him in NY with the current roster.

The combination of The NY Knicks and Mike D'Antoni makes absolutely no sense... I can't wait to see Eddy Curry trying to haul his 330 pounds of lard up the court in 7 seconds or less.

Ya that or Zach Randolph. Or Jerome James. Or Stephon Marbury. Or any of those bums.
