Currently he is projected to be drafted in the early to mid second round, but I can't fathom that someone isn't going to pick him by the end of round one. If the Bobcats had the opportunity to take their 2nd rounder and move up into the late 1st to snag him, I'd be all for it. He brings rebounding, toughness and physicality... All things that we desperately need on this team

I believe Dorsey will be a factor right away in his rookie year for whatever team drafts him dude plays like a monster and I LOVE the Ben Wallace comparison for him. He doesn't wow you on the offensive end but he brings so much more to a squad as Zig stated and he loves to dunk on people. I wouldn't mind taking him if we go big in the 1st round (especially if we pick Anthony Randolph considering his frame) and just shop for point guard debth through FA.

I'd take him if we go small with #9, but if we go Big with #9, I'd rather try to find a quality PG/SG like Kyle Weaver or so.

I'd have no problem with trading back into the 1st and grabbing him. We need a player with his toughness. He'd be a great addition to our team no doubt about it.

Dorsey is fine as a 2nd round pick up if we get a back up pg elsewhere. As for trading down and just taking him straight up, we better magically find a PF who can pick and pop to better spread the floor in the total equation. Otherwise our greatest weakness is still present.

Davidson and May both can run the pick and pop with good results.

You're definitely right there: pick a donut, pop it into his mouth

The problem is that you can't yet count on either. May does not play and Davidson is still young, developing, and learning the game. So, I stand by my statement about the greatest need of the team. Name me ONE playoff team that advanced past the first round without a PF who could pick and pop or shoot face up from midrange.
