i mean...do you guys think we could do well with 2 6'10" players? who would play at the 5?

I'd say Mek. He's got better interior defense.

mek is a center. he cannot stay with athletic 4's and has no midrange. interior d is pretty good though

i think it is important that we don't listen to what chad ford and the rest of the national media is saying. i don't think they care about the cats or even have great inside sources. they insist that mek is a 4 when we know that the FO knows he is more of a small 5.

alright, i thought i read it over here, but that might just have been a link on the forums here or something...

from what we've seen, mek has been a ben-wallace type so far with a little better offense..so i agree he should be the 5 and love at 4

that is if he'll fall to us at the 9th. i'm not too keen on trading up just for this guy (memphis 5th pick kevin loves goes to BOBCATS for lalalalala scenario) though
