I'm trying to get bigger for basketball tryout in a couple of months. Does anyone have any tips?

Man, I wish I had to actually make an effort to put on weight.

* Eating late at night will add some weight, for example before you go to bed each night, eat a peanut butter sandwich or two. You can also start to add more high carbohydrate foods to your diet like potatos, paste etc.

How much weight are you trying to put on?
