Elton Brand? (PLEEEEEASE!)

I hope we go after him. I know we don't have as much cap space, but he just opted out of his contract with L.A. and I think he would be exactly what we need to let Mek stay down low as a center in the paint. I've always loved Elton's game so I hope we can make a run at him... He would bring us the veteran pickup I was hoping for down low, and would automatically give us 20 and 10 a night.

I just wish we could find a way to dump some of these salaries - May is the first guy I hope we get rid of... And honestly, I appreciate Nazr's effort, but he's not worth the 5+ mil he's making, so I'd like to rid ourselves of him as well.

I don't think theres a chance in Hades that "we" get Brand. The Cats would have to move Oak or move Crash and someone else to make it happen. I'd like to see him here but he will get some $$$ from someone. He is Miami bound I'd think so maybe we could take Beasley off their hands, so they can dump som salary. Trade Miami Felton and Crash for Beasley altough Crash's contract doesnt help them sign Brand. Hmmmmmm?
