Do you guys see us making any signings or trades before the season? I am one of those guys that would love if C.V. was here. What do you guys think?
PS: I wouldn't mind Elson but would love to trade for an impact player...

Before Okafor situation is solved, we'll do nothing just like other RFA teams such as Atlanta and Chicago.

Yeah hes right, we need to sign Okafor before we do some changes.
This guy is a beast, I finally found a video of him scoring 48 points.

We could go ahead and do something with CV because his salary is already set at 3.4 mil and I think he could be resign next year for about 6 to 8 mill. I think being back with Okafor would light a fire within him. He is exactly what we need. Someone who can play inside out with athleticism and play some D help on the boards and score. He would be our Rasheed Wallace. His D wouldn't have to be great because he would play alongside G-Force and Okafor. We don't need alot of change but this one would be the next step to us becoming a playoff team. Our starters would be legit with Felts, J-Rich, Wallace, CV, and Okafor. That is a good lineup with scoring and defensive presences.
The bench is where we would need to improve. Now we would have DJ, Carrol, Dudley or Morrison, May or Davidson, Nazr which isn't bad but we could use some athleticism at the 2 and 3. Although I love Carroll off the bench because of his scoring threat we need a versitle player also for matchups. Someone like Jarvis Hayes. This is just a thought but what if we could squeeze Ryan Gomes and Kirk Snyder away from Minn since they have so many players.
From ESPN.com
"Okafor, meanwhile, continues to be mentioned by chatterers as the restricted free agent most likely to leave his current employer via sign-and-trade. Although new Bobcats coach Larry Brown recently said he hopes Okafor is re-signed -- because Okafor played for Brown on the Olympic team in 2004 and "plays a position that is very hard to find" -- Charlotte's interest in bringing him back has been questioned ever since it offered what sources say was a five-year contract starting at the $5.6 million midlevel exception to DeSagana Diop earlier this month. Diop preferred to return to the Dallas Mavericks when the Mavs matched Charlotte's offer"
I didnt realize we were that agressive with Diop, i dont feel good about the S&T though. I still want him back in a Bobcats uniform.

So our lineup is:
1. Augustin/FA maybe Guilmaro Diaz from SL?
2. J-Rich/Weaver
3. Wallace/Morrison/Dudley
4. CV/May/Jermareo
5. Bogut/Nazr/Twiggy/ Frenchie?

no i wouldnt do that, we lose a bit of post defense by having that lineup and we hafta take on boguts hefty new contract that he just got (hopefullly okafors contract is smaller). we also lose our designated bench 3pt shooter which i feel is almost a must-have in playoff teams.

i don't see the bucks making any more moves,by trading Yi and drafting Alexander, who will be a SF,i think they will Keep CV infact they signed Malik Allen to back him up, if they had signed a bigger better player that would have been a signal they wanted to move him
look for them to try to move desmond mason
