I really hope Shan May has laid the doughnuts down by now. And is in the best shape of his life.

Well school started so thats helping somewhat. I get anxious sometimes though because I come home and I try to check on the scores... but I catch myself because nobody is playing:rolleyes::mad:

i pretty much get my fix from you-tube these days and from beating my buddy in NBA 2k8 on ps3. My friend is Knicks fan and his team has nobody. I have created players for D.J., Hollins, and AA.

Football season upcoming is keeping me content I can't get to hyped about the Bobcats because A)nothing is being reported by our media for some reason and B)we don't even get any preseason games on TV if I'm not mistaken which is gay

This is how i feel too. No matter how much i love football, Basketball has always been #1. My Ps2 is dead and i have to wait till next month to get a Ps 3 and then another month for 2K9. Team USA gives me my basketball fix but that ends sunday. The wait is killing me, I need some bobcats basketball. I want to see my team in action so bad. I just watch the Panther run over the Skins and loved the way to team looked. I just want to see what Larry Brown and the Rookies, plus returning injured players can do.

I'm still not quite ready yet. It takes me quite a while to recharge my batteries from one sport to the next and last year's Bobcats season took a lot out of me...no worries though, I'll be ready by October when MLB is winding down, though my poor Astros won't be in contention because the crappin' Cubs and Brewers never lose a game. If my guys were in either the east or west, watch out...but no, nobody but us can beat the Cubs (6-6 record against) or the Brewers (7-8 against). If not for the 9-22 stretch in June, I'd still like our chances to at least catch the Brewers for the Wildcard, but...
Hope the Panthers and Heels can have good seasons, but I'm not all that into football; basketball and baseball are my true loves (and the sports I played as youth and adolescent).
Enjoy the respite before the season starts because once it's here, it's 6 months (hopefully more) of blood, sweat and tears!
