Watching AMMO and Matt; I realize how far off my life has gone. From today out I am devoting myself to running back and forth in my driveway for hours every day, shooting jumpers and making videos.

I have a feeling Hammer is in for a break out year.
All so i havn't seen Felton either witch is strange . No DJ or Alexas either. But have seen a Davidson busting his tail . I really respect extra effort guys thanks , Swish , Morrison , Hammer and Davidson.

It's the kool aid man. OH YEAH! I haven't watched the video but it'd be damn hard to mix up Alexis and May. If he's not in the gym he better be up at Carolina working on his degree because he needs a backup plan.

Clearly all those videos were shot the same day b/c everyone is wearing the same clothes in all the videos so it was just who happened to be in the gym that morning or what ever. Just because a guy is in three clips doesn't mean he has been working out all summer and vice versa for the guys not there.

Also Hammer is just a bad nickname for Matt Caroll. Just because his initals are MC doesnt make Hammer a fitting nickname.

Alexis was in one of the other vids on the sidelines so he proabably was still there. I didn't go back and look for him or anything in this one though.

These vids have been great overall but man I wish the majority of our guys would get in the gym and work together. I give the guys who are here already major credit. Especially J Rich who is a vet and out there trying to improve with the guys around him.

Portland makes me sick sometimes cause the majority of their players have been working out together playing pickup games for a while again just like last year.

They did one waayyyy back in like February or March of May in the gym. He was on that special treadmill that made him lighter, now if we could just duplicate that same science during a game his knee would be fine!
