We have a good core group of player right now. No need to trade away anyone. Picking someone up now really means picking someone no one else wanted.

Now that we've heard about May and how well he is doing I feel the same way... Go Bobcats!!!

At this point the only player im interested in picking up is Landry. Other wize im hoping thet May and Morrison get show cased enough to gain decent market value. Im sure L Brown will make changes the first half of the season .If only to have a more balanced roster . Players i think will thrive under Brown are Hammer more than any other because of his hard noze blue collar play. The same could be said for Felton . Dudley is all so a tough player and a great glue guy.
Players who i feel will have a hard time playing for Brown .
Mek i hope he shows heart and drive .I don't want 72 milion siting on our beanch. Mek does need to play with a little more attitude .
Wallace im not sure he will adcept being the 2nd or third option . And will he buy into Browns defencive sceam. Wallace loves to playing the passing lanes rather than staying at home.
Morrison i don't think will work out because his lack of defence. And i don't think hes going to be able to cut and will be limited to a spot up jump shooter.

May will be used til he gets some trade value and then shiped out the door. Im looking for May to play great til we dump him. Its contract time and expect him to come out playing . So he can take some one else for another five year ride.

I agree alot with the above post, I have a couple differences though.

I think Wallace will work well in a Larry Brown setting, He's our teams Tyshaun Prince just with better offensive potential. He's worked from nothing to get where he is now. I believe he see's his only chance at winning is team ball. He never seemed like the ball hog type to me.

Morrison does have a lack of defense and speed but Rip Hamilton isn't the best on ball defender either. ( i'm not comparing Morrison 2 Rip )
Thats where the team defense concept hopefully works out.
But He's coming off the bench. We need another scorer off the bench, We have people we can plug in on defense.
(would have been Weaver on my team)

Personally, I think DJ Augustine will get the most out of having Larry Brown there. It's not cuz i'm already obviously bias. Larry Brown demands alot of his point guards. Most would agree DJ seems to be a smart player while on the court. He's not rushed most times and makes good plays...so far. He already has Raymond as a starter so no real pressure on him to produce quickly. He will learn the offense fresh, unlike most of the other players, This being there 3rd coach. So DJ gets to learn from Felton and Brown, He's by far better then any back up we've ever had and He has talented.

It will interesting to see how Brown uses the guys on our team that have shortcomings on the defensive side of the ball. IMO Felton, Mek and Davidson will thrive the most under Coach Brown to be honest.
