Just daydreaming or "nightmaring" in this case. What would the environment be like around here just a couple of weeks before training camp if Mr. Fine Ham Biscuit hadn't been canned in favor of Larry Brown?
Would we all be on suicide watch right now?

The only thing that might make me feel o.k. about things is if we drafted differently and were going into the season with a legit PF and a new backup pg. I might feel better about that, but I'd still be frustrated.

Who knows, though. Perhaps, FHB would have had an epiphany, a parting of the clouds, a direct view into the eyes of Naismith. Goal posts would crumble to the ground, backboards turning to dust. From the rubble, a golden whistle emerges next to a onyx clip board. FHB's hair... or eyebrows turn white. He immediately begins drawing up a play.

The team executes it; it works. They all fall down in tears of joy, awestruck by the sheer beauty of a play finished.
