Remember back during the first 2-3 years when pretty much all we had to hang our hat on was that we never gave up, always gave 100% defensively and worked our asses off even if we were 20 points down?

It's back.

Last year did a lot to cause a lot of people, myself included, to forget about how much hustle and heart this team had. These players and their games have matured. Add a return to the never-say-die attitude from before and that makes for a very dangerous team in the East.

One of the things that always made me proud even in defeat was that the Bobcats never gave up. My girl would clown me as in the first half they would get destroy'd. We'd leave go to the store and the score would be tied. It was always up and down on even given night but i knew my Cats would play hard. They really lost that last year and i couldn't tell my girl with pride.."Talk junk now they will make a come back"...i really wasn't sure at some points of the year if they would even try. I truely believe they have that fire back. They already have my respect back and they just started training camp. That says something about how serious these players and in my mind more important how truely excited the fans are. We put alot into OUR team, When those players take the floor they represent the State and Us the fans....We will be proud this year.

Yep Bernie Bickerstaff was a great motivational guy he knew how to get the players to give it there all whether if we were up by 20 or down by 20 but his shortcomings showed as far as X's and O's. With Larry Brown will get all of the things that made me like Bernie for the most part but with some outstanding coaching thrown in for good measure. You can't help but to expect big things this season.

I've really got some Bobcat love flowing right now. I'm freaking more pumped right now for the season to start than I have been ever before.

It's obvious our guys have bought into LB's vision. If they can execute when it comes to game time, like Spectre said, the East best just watch out!!

It really blows my mind how bad of a coach Sam Vincent was. Instead of coming in and building on the values and hardwork Bernie taught, he took the one good thing the team had going, and ruined it.

still bitter.
