0-5... Preseason or not, we need to get that goose egg out of our win column pronto, post haste, ASAP and PDQ.

It would also make sense that we would beat Phoenix (a team we've never beaten) in the preseason when it doesn't count.

EO50's ft shooting has been a really nice surprise this preseason. I hope he keeps it up all season. It would go a long way to me coming to terms with his contract.

Yeah Muttley, I thought LB was going to tighten the rotation up starting tonight. Bringing in Lex vs. Nazr tho is kind of going against that.
Was May on Grant Hill? I'd expect it to be hard for him trying to stay with Hill, but he had 5 rebounds in like 3 minutes.
DJ/Carroll/Ammo/Lex/Williams... Didn't see that coming.
Looks like we are starting the 2nd with the same line up

Sounds like DJ ain't doing half bad! Very active, and he was continually finding Ammo (the hot hand). He might be struggling, but from what little I've seen of him he seems to do well driving and kicking to the open man.

yeah, he's doing a good job getting into the lane right now. we've actually had a mini-run with the score now 48-55, suns up by 7.

Welcome, Marvel. I think if we can get a sweet 4, yes, Raymond along with others is necessary needs to be traded; it's just not happening. DJ's already figured out in the preseason what Raymond's never been able to do: drive to the hoop and get contact to go to the line, not drive to the hoop and turn it over or get your shot blocked. I never would've guessed Raymond would look so bad on draft night, but it's clear DJ's the future!

Wow we've won 2 quarters in a row against the Suns. Never could have seen this coming. Let's see if these guys can put together a strong 4th quarter for once.

94-94 with 23.6 seconds to go, our ball. win or lose, the fact that we've held the opponent to 38 points in the second half is a testament to what larry brown is doing to our defense.

I forgot about Dudders! Maybe with his extension the FO is working on a trade with him and Morrison? Duds is clearly ready to go so he sits out and Morrison has to prove he has 2 legs, so comes out and gets the ball a lot?

I was proud of the guys tonight although the turnovers cost the us the game... Felton made a lot of mistakes.. I can over look DJ's rookie mistakes but Felts is a 3 year pro...:cool:

Honestly, I think that Larry Brown just flat-out doesn't care if the team wins in the preseason or not. Instead, he's using this time to give invaluable experience to a lot of the new guys. This is helped by the foul trouble we were in last night, but still, Andre Brown got a lot of minutes. Lex got more that usual minutes, and DJ "4-for-20" Augustine played a ton of minutes. That will help us in the long run.

I'm the first to dismiss preseason games, but a team that looks as bad as they do isn't going to suddenly starting winning in any season: pre, regular, post. I'm with ohara that thus far, this is a worse team than last year's version. There's nothing exciting about them either. Scoring with these guys is like pulling teeth for chirssakes. Abandon ship, Larry, while there's still some lifeboats letft!!!
