Oh well, at least Hollinger has some faith.

So far, we and the Heat are the 2 winless teams. They are 0-4 while we are 0-6. But the pt differential is bad. They are -4.0 while we are -11.8. That's what happens when you ignore a PF need.

SOUTHEAST: 3 | EAST: 9 The damage of the New York debacle on Larry Brown's reputation is reflected in the Bobcats already complaining about his system. Never seen that happen to him this quickly before. That is usually followed by Larry demanding new players, and it's usually downhill from there.
Yeah...that's credible.

They had some good points and with a 0-6 start kinda puts holes in the hopes i once had. But this is pre-season and and bugs have to be worked out, plays have to be learned and actually run correctly. People stills have to play together on offense and defense and this is what the pre-season is for. The Heat have a rookie coach and some new and renewed pieces. We have people ready to win and a coach ready to teach, I'm going to try and ignore this pre-season. YOu gotta make a mess first if you going to make something out of nothing.

Give it a chance guys no need to go into panic mode, this team was a mess last season with the biscuit as coach, no one learned a damn thing. If anything they came out a little worse for having had to put up with the biscuit as coach. Now this season we have a damn good coach and an entire new system, we still need a 4 and it won't be easy to make something out of the mess that biscuit left. Give it some time, unless we can pick up a good 4 in a trade we will have to wait yet 1 more season for this kick ass team everyone of us wants. Felton has to stop making mistakes and DJ has to gain some experience. So give it some time, Rome wasn't built in a day and LB isn't a god able to snap his fingers and make management do the right things nor is he able to make the mistakes go away in 6 preseason games...Give it some time....

No freaking kidding!!
The "experts" have never liked us. This is nothing new. I doubt they know the most simplest of things about us let alone be able to constructively break down our chances, pros, cons or abilities.
Face it, it's "cool" to talk smack about the Bobcats - so all these losers make up for being knobs by trying to be "cool" and copy the others.
Idiots.

Yes. But we are also the ONLY team without a win. Something must change quickly,
IT'S PRESEASON!
If we start the season 0-7 then yes, it's time to freak the hell out but for now everyone around here just needs to freakin' relax.

Lovely production out of the PF sport last night...Andre Brown that is
playoffs...PLAYOFFS?

No need to worry about the critics. Out team has plenty potential. We basically have the same team from last year, with the addition of May, Morrison, and Brown or anyone else we end up picking up.
It only makes sense that we end up with a better record than ast year. I'm thinking 3rd East and Top 10 in the East. Last year that meant winning 5-6 more games. Definitely a possibility.

IT'S PRESEASON!
If we start the season 0-7 then yes, it's time to freak the hell out but for now everyone around here just needs to freakin' relax. Methinks thou dost protest too much, friend. There is plenty reason to be alarmed/concerned by this pitiful preseason. Flat-out: this team sucks. Terrible PG play; no inside presence; terrible shooting; terrible defense; terrible ball-handling.
This isn't to say they won't suddenly "get it", but right now this is a miserably shitty team with no reason to be optimistic about winning a game anytime soon. Much like last year's team, they're good at nothing; moderately adequate at some; and are bad in most areas.
Not throwing in the towel already, but not looking for anything thing resembling a successful season in terms of wins and losses either. In all seriousness, what's the over under on opening night's attendence: 11K?

I'm complaining? WTF
I'm simply stating facts. Whether you go 8-0 or 0-8 in the preseason what does it all mean at the end? Actually don't bother telling me because that's a rhetorical question. It means nothing.

Didn't say you were complaining; said or implied that you are wrong that we shouldn't be worried about the state of the team based on the pre-season. You typed the follwing: "IT'S PRESEASON!" That generally implies that you are shouting out the statement as a reaction to those who believe the pre-season, while not marring the regular season record, IS indicative of what we should expect come the regular season. Then you go on to tell us to "freakin' relax." I just think you're protesting too much here, and that you realize this is a bad team, you just can't/don't want to admit it because it sucks...and I agree, it does suck to know your team is pathetic.
Seriously, where did you get the impression I thought you were complaining?

Rome wasn't built in a day and LB can't do it in just 1 pre season with the Bobcats. Once he gets the correct players in this puzzle we will be fine and win games and have this great season. We still need a 4 very bad but from what I've seen we don't have any tradable players or either the other teams aren't willing to give up what we want for them.... I just hope the FO uses wise judgment and don't make any stupid trades...

I just hope the FO uses wise judgment and don't make any stupid trades... That's another way of saying what I'm getting at: I trust the coach in place; I trust the players' desire to do good; but I DON'T trust the current roster's talent/skill to win any more games than last year's squad. I agree with the FO statement, and I'd say the fact that nothing has gone down yet means that they won't do anything stupid because whatever trades are out there, our team won't come out the winner, therefore they're staying pat 'til they're blown away.
