Thanks for the info Michael. Glad to see that the Bobcats didn't part ways with you during the recent lay-offs. I think we all here can agree that doing so would certainly have been to the franchise's detriment.

That's false. I have every single HD package that Time Warner Cable offers in the city of Charlotte and Fox Sports is not available in HD at the moment.

I heard that channel 291 MOJO will end up sharing air time and carrying the FOX Sports HD Broadcasts. You are right though, currently, there is no exclusive FOX HD channel of any type.

Do you have a source or did you just hear it through the grapevine?

It's what I was told by the Time Warner rep when I called and asked. I have to say though, they have given me bad information on more than 1 occasion so I would certainly take it with a grain of salt until we actually see a game broadcast there.

You can say that again. TWC has some of the worst customer service reps I've ever encountered.

Thank you for the kind words. I did survive the round of cuts here at the office, and I'm very grateful to have this job still. Looking forward to the season and watching this team play the right way.

Games aren't showing up on the programming guide here in Charlotte but neither did the preseason games so I'm not surprised. Obviously somebody isn't doing their job.

The games will be on though. Tough luck if you wanna record it...

Is TWC offering a free preview of League Pass? If so, that could at least put a band-aid on the watching-the-game issue.

The guide isn't showing it in the Raleigh-Durham area either. How freakin' hard is it to get opening night right on the guide. I can maybe understand the first preseason game but opening night against King James...ridiculous.

The person who was in charge of sending the schedule to TWC and telling them to upload it on their guide probably got fired.

Things are looking good for those of us with Charter Cable in the upstate of South Carolina. I enjoyed watching the Bobcats/Lakers game already and can't wait to watch the rest of the games this season! Thanks for keeping us updated, Michael, and giving us the list!

Things are not looking good from what I see. None of the preseason or the first two regular season games were shown on FSN/SportsSouth. The only game that was shown was the Lakers game which was on TNT. AFAIK, the Charter Upstate SC area will not be getting ANY games this year. We have both FSN and SportsSouth. Yet, we will be getting Thrashers hockey all season long. This new TV deal sucks. Atleast with the crappy TW tv deal, we got a few games a year.

I love how the Bobcats talked up this deal when they announced it. Yet, when time actually comes to show the games, everyone sees how crappy this deal really was.

I have TWC with every single package imaginable and no HD Bobcats telecast tonight.

PATHETIC!

Everyone on here is complaining about TWC. I have Direct TV so there seems to be no hope for me. I have Sports South, which is suppose to show games. No one yet. I was lucky to catch the second half of Pistons game online but is was a piss poor picture. Funny thing is, It was the Bobcats announcers talking in the back ground that i'm used to hearing. So why is it the game is online but not on my TV???????????????

I was told by a member of the Bobcats organization that the TWC HD telecasts will not start until some time in December. Thats when TWC is supposedly adding Fox Sports Carolina's HD. You would think the Bobcats would update their fans regarding this situation but simple things seem very hard for this organization.

Way to go Bobcats! Another awesome job of keeping your fans (the 10 you have) happy.

Sometimes I wonder I root for these guys...

At least TW customers get games. If you have Charter you will get ZERO games this year! At this point, I am tired of trying to stick up for this team. I try to get to 5-6 games a year, but frankly, I'm not sure if I will even go this year. The organization continues to screw with the fans and even blame other people for their problems. It would be nice if the Bobcats would come out and say, we screwed up this TV deal but we are going to fix it. But, no, they just come out and say how great this deal is and if you don't get it, then it's not their fault. And they wonder why no one goes to the games?

Very frustrating. I have Charter and live in Greenville, SC. I called them once again last night to ask about the game and, of course, they have no idea what I'm talking about. Kickboxing was on instead of the Bobcats...ugh! I was so looking forward to watching the games on TV this season since I live two hours away and can only make it to a few games each season. Oh well, I guess I'll have to tough it out until I see them live on December 6th.
