Assuming you meant to say "bpc" instead of "bcp", I can only further assume that BPC stands for "Bobcats Planet Clique" or "Bobcats Planet Crew" ala Snoop Dogg/Sublime who rep the LBC.

I'm proud to represent the BPC.
