We're going into the game with a preseason record of 0-7, but I've been chanting "its the preseason, records don't matter" over and over for the last several hours, so I've convinced myself that win or lose, if we show progress working together as a unit then all is right with the world... I've drank the kool-aid folks. In LB we Trust!

Would be nice to see Okafor and McMay step up and match the intensity of Bynum and Gasol on the offensive end unlike they did on Tuesday night. Also DJ and Felts can't allow Dero...correction I mean Jordan Farmar score at will once again.

Bean Bryant will probably sit out tonight so that makes our chances slightly better to go 1-7 here's hoping for a good showing and us not getting blown out on National TV.

My evidence is every game so far this preseason. We start out bad then work our way back into the game and possibly take the lead late... Only to lose it at the end because of some stupid mistake. Just seems to be the trend.

TNT HD Tonight, Brown shows his real hand tonight . Win or lose a rotation will be set and we will be going for the win in the forth quarter tonight. I EXPECT a different Bobcats team on the floor tonight . With things falling into place and pride out of our core players at stake. I expect big games out of EVER ONE ever body plays good.

Man we can't throw it in the ocean! Defense is looking pretty good tho. We're contesting pretty much everything and not giving up many easy shots. Us on the other hand have had some very wide open looks...and CLANK!

Wow, that was an ugly game. Although, I did think that our defense played pretty well. If we hadn't shot so poorly(33%) then I believe we would have won tonight.

Some positives-I thought Adam played very well tonight, 13pts, 5rbs, 4-8 from the field and he hit 2 three's. Also, we outrebounded the Lakers 47-42.

After being able to actually watch the game tonight, I have to admit I am worried about our PF situation. Once May is completely I think we'll be in much better position.

What can you say. We got tons of work to do . The team on the floor tonight couldn't beat any team in th NBA.

Felton and Augustine should be called the clank twins.
Swish and Wallace are playing offence like below average players.
May, in tonights game useless . It's no way we can win with May starting that bad out of shape. We would be better off starting Alexas. Or the ball boy.

Whoa that was a reality check...I don't even know where to begin; but overall, seeing us on HD TNT helped me see this team's deficiencies more clearly - literally.

May isn't even nearly ready and apparently may never be. Very limited agility. We have no serious PF. Ajinca is at least a year away, if not more. Andre Brown is undersized and limited, but he'll have to do for this season.

Our PG's are totally whigged out at the moment.

JRich and Crash are lost souls.

Dudley is tough.

Okafor.....oh jeez dude you better wake up or I'm a gonna be a hatin' on ya.

I'm not sure if Hollins, Davidson, Morrison and Carroll are even NBA quality players anymore; much less Felton or May. Augustin is a rook in the truist sense, he needs time too.

Just thoughts after watching the Lakers play with us and Doug Collins laugh at our halftime stats.

Our rebounding has improved obviously Brown knows what's up and it may no longer be a weakness of ours.That's 1 improvement now we need some inside scoring and May is crap.Trade,trade,trade.

Watched the game in passing during breaks in innings of the Rays/Phils game, then watched the Ben Folds Five reunion show I went to last month which is airing on myspace.com right this minute (plug plug) and just muted the game and rocked out to the brilliance of the Reinhold Messner album:biggrin::biggrin: (Unfortunately, the Beagle isn't in view from the upper deck of the auditorium, but still...).

Just from reading y'alls reactions/descriptions of this exhibition, my doom and gloom predictions seem highly warranted, and anybody poo-pooing the ineptitude that has been going on these 8 games as, "it's just preseason" needs to wake the fuck up. This is a S.H.I.T.T.Y. team at the moment with no signs of a win anytime soon.

Mustachio, did you see the game last night . Only Morrison who im usely not fond of played like a pro . The only bright spot. He looked good as a sixth man coning off the beanch. The rest of the team looked like trash .
We can only get better . Its no way a NBA team can get worse.

for me that was an honest response to a horrific preseason game. I trust in LB and look forward to continued improvement. Like many have commented; the defense is improving at least. We'll see.

On the flipside, though...a good coach can expose a weak players flaws more than a weak coach can; and I'm thinking I'm seeing some exposure. How will the guys respond?

Right now, our team is grossly weak on the frontline and inconfident at point guard. Both situations are correctable with coaching and/or changes in personnel. But for now; we're in trouble.

At least JRich and Crash are bonafide NBA stars.

Adam has been playing real well, AF, gotta give him props for that. Not sure he should necessarily start in the regular season, but you have to take away from this preseason just how much he's worked to come back from injury.

Not long ago May was much closer to a return than Morrison ,Brown even said he didn't think he coould be in playing shape be for season start.
