This may have been pre-season, But we didn't really get blown out in any of the games. The team did play "some" good defense. Every game they showed signs of getting a little better. We do have big problems to fix and players will probably get traded. But there's no way we have a worse record... this is a bad start but when we get it together things will turn around.

Yeah, I was also pleasantly surprised to see SI pick us 10th in the east with 9 being Indiana and 8 being Chicago. Thanks to Coach, they give us a legit shot at the playoffs, and after nailing how "questionable" of a hire Vincent was in last year's preview issue, I actually respect they're assessment of our Cats, as opposed to that sprawling conglomerate known as ESPN, AKA, The Lakers, Red Sox, and Cowboys station!

I think it was also in the write-up for the Cats that a scout said DJ could end up being a steal with the 9th pick and will supplant Raymond as starter this season. Also gave much much love to Gerald (!!!) and some to JRich as well. It's good to see them being recognized for their effort and workmanship even though the nation at large doesn't know them.

Way to go, SI!
