Yeah I read it this morning and it's a must read...he has a wonderful attitude, and so glad he's on our team. If we could get just a few players on our team to act like that, we'd defnitely be a playoff team...

I think all J-Rich needs to do is start off hot for some of his teammates to catch on to his work ethic. Even if 2 or 3 players work as hard as he does (and I'm not saying none of the others work just as hard), then we can have a core that's even more solid.

This really is a great article.

Swish is considered a leader on the team, but when he shows his teammates that his hard work makes him the great player he is he will truly be a great leader. Once he shows that by working at it, he can become a good defender, then the rest of the team will have to take notice and follow suit (or they could just be lazy douchebags - not mentioning anyone specifically).
