yeah I saw this as well...my thought is...great way to put in confidence to the fans...I know they are not fully ready, so at least he's not setting all the fans up for a huge disappointment like one Sam Vincent did by promising the playoffs....Now if the Cats were to come out and shock the Cavs tonight, Brown would look great instead of making it look like a disappointment...so I can see this as both lack of confidence as well as motivation..

I think hes playing the Dean Smith underdog card. Dean got tons of extra effort out of less talented teams. And won tons of game because of it. Im thinking its a ploy to get max effort out of out team tonight. All so if we loose he just has us work harder for the underdogs to have a chance to get a win......

To me sounds like he is just being honest, we have all said the sames things about the team during preseason. We still need a starting 4, May hasn't got it to date... Going to be a interesting game tonight...:cool:
