I'm playing around with realgm to see how this would make sense as a 3 or 4 team trade..
but i'm thinking wallace would be out and we would get stackhouse..
this makes it interesting too..http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/24099667/ -mavericks interested in marbury

Stackhouse simply wants more playing time...Dallas is not particularly interested in Gerald...Donnie Nelson does this stuff all the time so I really see no news here unless he is trying to facilitate a trade between other teams there is nothing to it...
Because there has been some "loose" talk about Crash being on the block he is going to be associated with every single trade rumor that hits the internet - regardless of there being any merit to it at all.
...or until the FO says we're not giving Gerald away and expect quality coming in for quality going out...:g:

that's the point..wallace would facilitate a trade. by getting stackhouse we also have more cap room since he becomes a free agent next year
I'm not sure how Stackhouse really helps since we'd still be overloaded at the wings...and frankly after watching him for years he'd be one of the last guys I'd want with the ball in the last two mins....I seriously doubt we'd make a trade that includes Gerald and all we get back is Stackhouse...just my opinion...:g:

I don't think we are looking to trade Wallace for cap space. Perhaps we'd do something like that at the Trade Deadline if we were out of it, but any trade now would bring in a guy who can help us win now. Win, of course as a Bobcat fan, means play .500 ball.
