HAHAHA

Well I know Felts and DJ can not do that every night but they were on fire tonight. AA well, he is a foul magnet. Okafor well most here no my opinion on him. But I bet Wallace has got to be pissed, even the guys on NBA TV were talking about how his name keeps popping up for trade deals. But then again he may be happy to leave charlotte.

Ajinca I am unsure about, but Felts and DJ on the court seems to really open things up. You seen tonight Philly kept changing their lineups trying to go small to keep up, so I think maybe a Jrich, Ok50, wallace, dj and felts may be in the cards til we get a solid big man or May gets in game shape.

There's a big difference when there's more than one guy on the floor who has handles.

If only Felton were about 4 inches taller we'd really be in business.

But, what if he were 10 inches taller and had a nice back to the basket game? Then we'd be like a publicly traded company or something.

Nice games by the little guys tonight.

When JRich returns, I'm predicting the Wallace at PF, double pg line-up too.

No kidding!! Give him 4 and while we are handing them out, throw 4 Dudes way and we'd be a championship contending team!!

Heh, ok...point made!

I just hate trying to guard guys like Iggy with a 6' guy and most nights we come out on the short end of that. He still scored (7 of 14), but it didn't seem to hurt us as bad as normal. For the most part it seemed Felton (and indeed most of the team) stayed right in his guys grill.

I think Felts did a great job on Iggy - and like you said, knowing he has someone else on the court to handle the rock means that he can focus in on his defensive assignment.

It helps DJ having another guy who can create (like he had in Texas) meaning he can rest every other trip up the court and it helps Felts.

Goes back to my post the other day - PF Vs SG.

one game doesnt even close to clear felton for me. DJ is the answer at pg, he is smart and I have yet to see him try and do "to much" like Ray does so often

They collectively dominated the ball and Augustine had 5 TOs.

Overall, I think they both did great tonight. However, the Bobcats basically depend on those two guys "too much" for us to be successful, especially down a J-Rich.

I don't really care what the criticism of Felton is. He's one of our few guys who routinely shows up to play and tries to contribute, even his shot isn't falling. If you can't appreciate that, I'm not really sure who you're rooting for: the Bobcats or select players.

Wow, it's great that we finally made other teams change their game to match what we're doing. Gotta keep that up, for sure.

The team played well tonight. It really appears that both PGs are starting to understand the offense and it ran well for most of the night. At points the offense grinded to a hat, but it also generated a lot of open looks.

People should look at the 76ers as the ceiling for our team as its currently constructed. The similarities are stunning. The Sixers have invested too much in a classic power forward. They've overpaid complementary players and lack a big man that can stretch the floor. They also have a young talented under-sized guard that people want to see get more playing time. The biggest difference is they've hit on some draft picks, where the Bobcats have missed.

The Sixers will never be better than a second tier team and that's the ceiling for our team for the next few years.

One game one frickin game and you're already downplaying the Sixers.:bang:They are a much better team than the Cats will ever be unless the FO get's a 'low post scorer',talk about over reacting. And the duo of DJ and Felton could soon prove detrimental, you can only get away with a small lineup for so long, just ask the Bulls. One reason why the Sixers are under achieving thus far is the 2 Andre's are not jump shooters therefore Brand get's double teamed like crazy which forces Miller or Iggy to either drive or shoot, the latter just seems to be their poison unfortunately. If Iggy could shoot the rock like Ray Allen then the scene in Philly could be looking much brighter buuuuut that's another story. The lineup of Felton and DJ could work, the fact that it didn't work with Sam 'don't ever ever ever become a coach again' Vincent was because McInnis was 'whack' and not even half the player DJ is right now.Interesting to see how Felton and DJ playing together(gay jokes excused)in the back court evolves in the near future.

The Sixers are a better team that's why I used words like ceiling when describing the Cats relation to them. It's hardly an overreaction, more of illustrating the best fans can hope for with this group.
