I dont know if anyone got that fight last night. I'm sure it will be on HBO or SHO this upcoming Sat. They always show the PPV's the following week.
Good grief, De La Hoya looked way shot, way out gunned, and got a beating like he had not absorbed before. He got pounded for 8 rounds and quit on his stool when the bell rang for the 9th. I know it hurt his ego, but that was smart. He was taking way too much punishment. I hope this loss finally gets him to retire and walk away. He went to the hospital afterwards he was so badly beaten. Time to hang it up fella. You had your time and were great. Now stick with promoting fights and stay out of the ring.
