This should probably go in the NFL threat...but no one seems to post there...so I want to make sure everyone got a chance to see this highlight from yesterday

That 2nd half was one of the most enjoyable times I've had this year watching sports. It was certainly very refreshing after the Bobcats' game.

Absolutely, Spectre! There was so much amazing stuff happening in that game and not just by the Panthers running backs, either. That TB interception was simply amazing that that ball never touched the ground. Another obvious highlight was the TB touchdown. I don't remember the receiver's name, but he must have had a gallon of stick-em on his hands. Simply incredible.
Oh, and p...P?, the NFL forums aren't as popular as the basketball ones, obviously, but I know Eaton and myself, as well as some others usually comment on things after the games. Feel free to join us.

Ah, the one handed snatch in the end zone! Yah, I had to rewind to show my wife that one (she doesn't do sports).
Heck, even the defense. I thought they were looking pretty bad at first, but they started making some pretty big plays. Pepper got a good sack (plus a half sack I think) and then he blocks the extra point attempt!
Smith woke up in the 2nd half...Moose was laying on some awesome blocks to help break the RBs...and those RBs!
I really love how they congratulate each other after a big play too. One meeting the other after a TD to bump chests...gold!
Now if they can play the next 3 like that (and get home field advantage) we'll really be in business!

Right off the top of my head weren't D. Williams for the Panthers and Reggie Bush of the Saints drafted the same year? What has happened to Bush, All that hype, has he had a 1000 yrd season yet? Stewart is a rookie with more yards then Bush. He is about two inchs away from being a draft bust..Who has been hyped more with nothing to show for it?

Too late! He's already a bust... I remember on Monday night they were asking what happened to Bush and the announcers all said he's simply not a good football player. They said Pierre Thomas (or whoever their other RB is) was a better football player because he wasn't afraid to get hit.
As for other hyped busts.. David Carr, Joey Harrington, Charles Rodgers, Cedric Benson, Pacman Jones, Mike Williams, and Courtney Brown all come to mind as recent busts

Bush is productive in alot of ways like the passing game that keep him from being a all out bust. But no one has ever been hyped up so much and done so much in college get so many eyes world the world on him. Go to a team thats has just suffered a horrible event and the football jesus and produce....nothing. Those names were all hyped a agree but not like Bush and he married the girl who's only job is to have a phat ass...I want to be Reggie Bush in my next life cuz somehow he's still a fan favorite

Bush should just convert to Wide receiver he'd be much better. He's still bust status though 2nd overall pick & first RB taken over all of the other stud backs from the same class.

I don't think he's tall enough to be a worthwhile receiver

He's 6"0 right? big enough plus he's real athletic the only problem is he's soft so Aint fans shouldn't expect any catches in the middle of the field.
