i know that its no excuse, but has anyone noticed how phx has a ton of dui's

J-Rich, Barkley, Joe Gibbs (Redskins excoach) was busted a few yrs back, a ton of NASCAR drivers have been busted, and I think I remember some celebrity (actor maybe) getting dui'd in PHX

Maybe they need accurate breathalyzers

Respect level for Jason went way way down after something like this though. Smoking weed in private? Fine. Affairs and the like with pros and other women? You have to answer for that. DUI and swerving on the road? Other people's lives are at stake, and that's not cool.

His names Doug Parker, employees call him Dougweiser.

Actually I think they do run a "quota" system down there... not to mention hitting up a star probably makes them feel more useful.
