I always do better when there is someone to compete against. If anyone here would like to register at BuckeyeOutdoors.com you can track all of your workouts & mileage, the site takes that information and generates some pretty nice reports on calories burned etc.

Soooo, I'm throwing down the gauntlet here at BobcatsPlanet and giving an open invitation to anyone that wants to see if they can burn more calories than me. If enough people are interested then we can see who burns the most each month and who burns the most for the year.

You can take a look at my workouts so far this year here:

I'm sure that you guys aren't going to let a middle aged fatass like me outdo you... Are you?

Ziggy now that looks cool. But man, I'm 54, can I have a handicap? Like for every 13 miles you bike, I'll walk a mile (or two) ^-^.

What time of day do you go out? Right now; I'm seriously challenged because my sleep habits aren't so good. So I'm normally too fried to excercise after work and have a dreadful time getting out of bed in the morning. Its starting to suck, so I really need to change....

Work is so stressful that I think I look forward to Cats home games just so I can get away a little early.

Finding the time is difficult for me too. During the week theres usually about an hour of peace and quiet in the house after helping the kids with homework while they are eating dinner. So sometimes I'll workout then while they are eating dinner. On the weekends its a little easier.

Free time is hard to come by though.

hmm.. I that top link doesn't work, try this one (http://www.buckeyeoutdoors.com/cgi-bin/training/traininglog?guest=ziggy)

For soccer I guess you could enter it in the 'other' category.

Wow awesome site man! I've been looking for something like this for a long time.

I weigh 170 right now (I'm 5'10") so I'm definitely not chubby or anything but I want to turn some of that college beer fat on my stomach into muscle by the start of the summer.

My plan is to get down to 160-165 and build more muscle in the abdomen and arms.

I recommend you get the perfect push ups and perfect pull ups. Those will help you out very nicely. Gym memberships and a good regimen would help also

Yeah, hubby has the perfect push up and it is really kewl and it really, really works. It makes it so comfortable to do a push-up with the way it moves your wrists. Eventually we are going to get him the perfect pull ups.
