Hello all, I'm down in Charlotte on business and will be headed to my first Bobcats game tomorrow night with local friends. My hotel is right by the hotel, so logistics are no problem, but I wanted to get your thoughts on any must-see/must-do things at the arena. Any tips on the best food and best beer in the place?

Second, I brought along a #44 Virginia jersey that I would love to get signed by Sean Singletary for my wife. My tickets will likely be in the nosebleeds, far from any player contact, but is there anywhere that players are typically available before/after the game for autographs? I won't push any kids out of the way, but I figure Sean's signature won't be in high demand and he probably doesn't see a Virginia jersey every day.

Thanks a lot, see you all tomorrow.

Best place to get drinks is probably the rooftop bar area between sections 215 & 216.

There are a few people here that have had some success getting autographs, hopefully they'll have some suggestions.

Woot, Hubby and I will be at tomorrow's game too :) What we do is as soon as we get our ticket stubs zapped in we go right to the main area after you go up the stairs/escalator area you go to between section 101 and 102 near the player tunnel and they let u through to go down the stairs to wait in line. Any player that is out there everyone gets their signature and I have seen Sean sign a lot of sigs. I have to agree with Ziggy about the Rock the Rooftop bar. It is the best thing on the second level. I hope that helps and have fun tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, wife beat me to it, but basically when you enter the main lobby area (both sides into the arena put you here) you will see a gaping hole with some ppl going in and out, that is the entrance for sections 102, 101, 117 and 116, there is usually an usher who you tell you'd like autographs and they'll show you where to go (if you dont see the line as it is)... your absolute best bet is to get there before 5:30 and get moving as quickly as possible when they open the doors at 6:00 as season ticket holders get in at 5:30 and will take the first spots in that lineup.

If I'm in the line up and see a guy with a Virginia #44 Jersey I'll tell you to come down by me...I'm not sure how deep in the line I'll be but I don't need anyone but Diop and Bell, so no problems there.

See ya
