Hoopsworld said Snow is to be put on waivers by Cleveland. I don't know the extent of his injury, but obviously if Cleveland is asking the NBA for injury relief that isn't a good sign. But is there any chance of this guy winding up in Charlotte? Maybe even next season. I know Singletary comes off the books. Do you think Brown might be interested in Snow as a third string veteran pointguard? I just wonder if he can possibily play.

Only chance he comes to Charlotte is if something sets back DJ or he gets injured once more. However, I don't see any chance that he comes to the Cats at all. LB probably isn't interested in trying to get a hobbled, old PG when we got Raymond, DJ, Singletary, and to an extent Shannon Brown.

His career is over. Don't you watch Real Housewives of Atlanta?

Oh no, I've said too much.

I remember hearing something like that. Snow would be a great PG coach working with Raymo and DJ

If he came to the team, it would be in a coaching capacity, yes.

I have never been a fan of Eric Snow so I don't see how he could help as a PG coach. DJ and Felton are quick speedy type PGs. Behind Mark Jackson, Snow is the slowest PG i have ever seen. But he did have a long career and if LB trusts him I'll follow along.

As a pass-first, defensive-minded point guard, Snow became a stalwart of the Brown-era 76ers teams, due largely to his ability to guard the opposing team's shooting guards, which made him an ideal complement to his dimunitive but high-scoring backcourt mate Allen Iverson. Despite missing thirty-two games early in the 2000-01 season due to injury, Snow played a crucial role in helping the 76ers earn the top playoff seed in the Eastern Conference and ultimately reach the 2001 NBA Finals, here they lost in five games to the Los Angeles Lakers. During the following season, Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant stated that nobody in the league defended him better than Snow.

Good enough for me:)

Snow as a coach wouldn't be to change their games but to show them how to do little things that will make their games better. Snow seems to be the kind of guy that played way beyond his talent because of smart play. That's what he can offer our guards.

I'd love to have him around in some capacity. But, he's not doing anything for us on the court.

Dont forget Sean! If somebody can mentor Sean/Send him to the D-League, if/after we trade/loose Raymond or DJ, Sean would be ready to step up.

How is Eric Snow a discussion? For that matter, let's talk about Jeff Capel. I think assistant coach Jeff Capel is the Bobcats all time MVP, that's person, not player. He's been here since the beginning and I think you can attribute part of every win to him.

Eric Snow? Who cares? We have 2 PG coaches and one happens to be a HOFer the other had the creepiest haircut I've ever seen on a black guy and has helped both our guys immensly. we need a real big man coach. but i don't know who that is. Mek has improved this year without one. who is to say what an assistant that's still technically a player will bring right away? Snow may be working on any of a million things. "yeah, lets bring him in." who knows if he would want to coach? let's be serious a little here.

PS, it's not if/after we trade/loose Ray or DJ. come on, ray had a great run for a few weeks, and he truely hasn't fallen off. you guys seem to be talking in absolutes. I know you said "If" but think about it. is there any fact or quote or reputable speculation to back any of this stuff up?
