Tonight we'll be without Gerald Wallace (Crash) due to Bynum's cheap shot in the 4th quarter of last nights game. He is laying in a hospital bed in LA with a collapsed lung and a cracked rib. On the court it will be difficult to replace his production. In his absence, Adam is going to have step it up PERIOD, and there is no better time for him to start stepping it up than tonight to show us that his draft pick wasnt a waste. Shannon Brown stepped it up last night when he had to and its looking like we will see the return of Sean May, he better be in "hand out a ass whipping mode" if he is given the chance. We need to win tonight for Gerald and to help out our standing in the standings... We will be tired but I think Gerald's demise should be the incentive to win this game for our 7th road win...

Tired legs , Felts playing over 53+ mins and and most ever one else playing over 40+
Missing Wallace our most athletic player. Coming off a dubble overtime victory with the leagues best . Then add a second night of the back to back. Thats one damn steep hill to climb allso add in the fact we playing a very nice young playoff team .
If we can somehow win this game tonight people is going to have to step up who hasn't all year.

Shan, Morrison, May, Diop , Nazz time to step up......

ESPN Radio reported a while ago that Wallace is out of the Hospital but I have yet to see it confirmed anywhere else

As for tonight - Go Bobcats - glad its on TV - this would be a hell of a win all things considered

Back to back road games is tough. Especially when the first night was a double OT. Now without Crash makes it even tougher. It will take a super human effort tonight. I wish DJ could come back 2 nights early. We will really need his scoring tonight.

Hate these late games, by the time they start it'll have already been past 4am here, and it's a week-day, and I have classes, and it's bloody cold outside...

No Gerald, drained from last night... whatever happens, I won't hold it against the guys. If they squeeze out a win somehow, then all's neat.

I think we should still win this game. It will be harder, but the team's still capable. However, should we lose, I won't cry in my chai.

Unless it's a blow-out...

sean may and ammo.... you're on call. let's make this happen for g dubb! after all of last nights heroics and grinded out game, i'm just hoping for a close one. a W would be great and as we stand right now, we're only 1.5 games out of the 8 seed. milwaukee, nyk, and nj are all playing tonight as well. we need okafor and diaw to get connected early and often if we want to pull this out. looking forward to watching this one though!

After celebrating like a madman after Ty Lawson's buzzer beater, only having another Cat go down to injury can bring me down. I mean, I hope the Cats win obviously, but geez what a ballsy game from my college fellas!

What little I've seen of the game: too many TOs, too many rebounds given up, too many paint points given up. Can't belive it's only a 14 point margin.

You can hate who you want, but why UNC and not a Big East team like Syracuse or G'Town? Or Duke with that buzzerbeater in the '90 regionals? Oh well....

Alluding to the injury, my point was that I'm so stoked about Carolina's win, only another injury for the Cats could bring me down from my high, meaning a loss won't bother me that bad.

Larry should've put the starters out there to start the 4th...maybe we'd have a small but fighting chance to do something. But with Ammo, Singletary and Diop out there trying to cut into the lead? Not so much.

About the game:

Nothing much to say. Bad game for us, fatigue or not; good shooting game for them early which got them the big lead. If only we could've limited the damage in the 1st, who knows what happens, cause we played them even the rest of the game.

Anyhow, on to Denver and a day of rest. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come without GW (and I don't think it is; we have tough guys and Larry, they'll find a way!)

Last time we played this tired the cavs tore us up in their skittles uniforms...so I gotta say this lose isnt as bad as it could be...how fitting we lose by 2 points off GW's average... I hope Cartier can come in and post his 20 ppg in the real game...Gotta have some respect the guy played hard thru a 2OT game when Iowa only had 7 active players and one sucked so bad he only played 15 min.
