Matt in general is a very, very great guy and he was always very personable when me and hubby were in line for autographs and he always recognized us and made a point to shake hands and say hello. I miss him dearly and I, for one, will always remember him :)

I've said in MANY posts before that Matt was the moral backbone of the team... He defines what an NBA player should be off the court with his philanthropy and the amount that he gives back to the kids in the community. Anyone who saw our game in philly will remember he had over 100 seats in the first 5 rows baseline for kids and he spoke with them and talked to them about life and growing up etc... He is greatly missed.
