Needless to say tonight needs to be the start of a HUGE run by the cats to make up 4 games in 30. I hope the 14 players I know and love will be there to greet me at 5:00 when I walk down near section 103 to give them my well wishes before the game (I've got all but Vlad's autograph, so that's becoming less important, but I'm still always there early when I have tickets so that I can show them there are fans who just absolutely love what they do). /rant.

Now, if those 14 guys are not there, am I going to die, nope, just going to have new cats to love and worst case a new jersey to by the wife...But she wants a Diaw anyway so she can switch between him and Wallace. I've given up, I'm just going to get the whole roster and pick whoever I feel like each game.

If Wallace and brush off the cobwebs a bit (which he was doing towards the end last night) and Felton doesnt "hero" it maybe we can grab this much needed, much deserved win.

I am heading down with two of my Directors at 5. I think i may have convice our Prez to ante up for a ticket package thru the company for next year so Wade from the Ticket Office is giving us a tour tonight and some good seats to the game to help seal the deal. he got knee into head on a dumbass play of opposite striker. This happened few years ago, I don't remeber the exact diagnosis but his skull was damaged and another such a hit would be life threatening. He was out half of a year or so and althought he is back and great again, people say he is not the same as he was before. He was arguably emerging world number one goalkeeper before the injury (he is 26 years old now).

Dude his skull has a smiley face on it...a nt - the two holes are there becasue surgeons have to get the fractured puiece back into its position and fix it. BTW he doesn't remeber anything from the game, just going to the pitch from the tunnel and then nothing (it happened in first minutes of the match actually). there is a lot of stuff about it on youtube (well at least used to be).

Well it was an excellent game, we played very small tonight, not much Meka for what felt like most the night. Felton's half court shot dear lord...and they had the audacity to review it, wow. There were bad calls, but what shocked me was some bad calls had turn around bad calls at the other end. Either way, good game, good time with good friends, as Beagle and I got the move to 113 K and had a great view of the game... BTW if you are ever that close, yell things to the players making FTs, if you get in their head it ruins their night for real ;)...

Most excellent and revered TattoodCats, many thanks for the seats again! As everyone at the TWC, not to mention the players, already know, you are the man! It was a damn good treat being able to watch the game with you, Wife, and your dad....must do it again for sure.

This game reminded me of so many others this year in that it was such a struggle and hard to watch at times, but because we are such an improved team, there was never any trepidation that we might lose, it was just a matter of the point spread. I can't tell you how cool that feeling is...as a Cats fan, it's something new this year and it's obviously enjoyable even though, like I said, watching these kinds of games can be difficult at times because of the eratic play. A lot of this though, I think, comes from all the players learning each other as GW and Raja come back from time off, plus Cart and Vlad, and even DJ coming back for that matter.

Very happy to see GW imposing his will from the get-go and taking a few falls to the floor and getting up from them without any harm. More than anything else, he made some incredible passes into the post to set up easy shots tonight. I actually looked at the stats before typing this and noticed he was only 3 assists shy of a triple-double and I think back to a couple of Mek fumbles from GW passes that should've been converted but weren't....oh well, I'm sure Gerald isn't losing any sleep over it, especially with all the minutes he's logged the last two nights, sleep won't be an issue as he brought up in the postgame.

Also glad I got to talk to him briefly before the game and give him my best wishes for the good news of his health...as if we didn't already know, this fella is a special One, boys and girls! Such an easy guy to pull for, and a kickass person as well!

I still marvel at the upgrade to our roster Vlad has made on both ends........just incredible. And what's cool is he's already attained cult status at the TWC and for good reason.
