this is gonna be a good one. I was in DC yesterday on a field trip (to the Holocaust museum) but i still caught the entire 1st half of the warrior game before i went to bed (i woke up at 5:00 that day).

I am excited, and the Clippers are a team that is no joke. IF they get a better coach, they could be a playoff team. Lots of talent on that squad. I have no idea how good Sterling/Dunlevey's relationship is. This guy always shits out bad years and keeps his job. How he does it, i have no idea..

The Bobcats formula for victory has to be go with who's got it going. Different matchups will necessitate different approaches. Mek does well vs. LAC and Randolph and we have to take advantage of it. We did. This may not be the case in other games. The point is that we have to feed whoever is delivering. And with our group of players, that will vary from game to game.

Wow, what a fun game to watch and a great end to the trip! With some health problems and other distractions (not to mention the frustration of the way the team was playing post-AS break), I haven't been keeping track of the fellas of late, so this was only the second game I've watched since the putrid Magic game last week (Sacramento was the first), and it really was fun to catch up with the Cats.

The turning point in the game had to be when Larry called timeout after the lead had ballooned to 15, and the camera showed him chewing out DJ and Cart, then he turned around to Mek and the mike picked him saying the following: "'Meka, grab the god damn ball and dunk it!" It was the best thing I've heard in ages, and damned if it didn't light a fire under Mek's ass and we saw what happened next...a 15 point 2nd qtr and 28 to finish the game. Ah, thank you for coming here, Larry...

Hope to make the Bulls game Tuesday and see the fellas go for their first 4 game streak and.....:o continue to make a legit run at a playoff spot :o

So do I (agree with both), but boy am I tired about the constant pissing contest that goes on between the fans of each. I like both of our PGs and think that both fill a major role for this team. Thankfully it isn't that bad over here.

Personally I think the next time anyone bashes on either they should be forced to watch tapes of McInnis and the Midget from last season.

Back to the "happy moment"...it is SO nice to win two games over the weekend like this, and esp. since we needed them so badly! Times like this make it so sweet to be a Bobcats' fan.

The folks who wanted to trade felton were only saying so because that would have brought us in a very good player, and/or got rid of a horrible contract who doesn't play.

I like having the 2 main PGs and lil sean on reserve. I'd like us to get a great young SG talent in the 15th spot.

Also, I'd like to see a few games (with proper matchups of course) where they start DJ over Felton, and bring felton in for 25-30 min or so, for felts to get some rest... this might be a good idea on a back to back situation.

The folks who wanted to trade felton were only saying so because that would have brought us in a very good player, and/or got rid of a horrible contract who doesn't play.

I like having the 2 main PGs and lil sean on reserve. I'd like us to get a great young SG talent in the 15th spot.

Also, I'd like to see a few games (with proper matchups of course) where they start DJ over Felton, and bring felton in for 25-30 min or so, for felts to get some rest... this might be a good idea on a back to back situation.

Thats not a bad idea to start one in the first game and start the other in the 2nd game, the entire team started last nights game out looking tired, but when LB jumped on DJ and MEK it sure turned everything around. Maybe it was a blessing that Felts had 2 quick fouls in the first just to find out how DJ would do. Have we ever won a back to back on the road before?...:cool:

The turning point in the game had to be when Larry called timeout after the lead had ballooned to 15, and the camera showed him chewing out DJ and Cart, then he turned around to Mek and the mike picked him saying the following: "'Meka, grab the god damn ball and dunk it!" It was the best thing I've heard in ages, and damned if it didn't light a fire under Mek's ass and we saw what happened next

After that great quote last night, I think we should have a new term.

Not sure if we have or not, if we have it wouldn't be many. Thing is too, we kinda got a glimpse of what it would be like having DJ + the other 4 starts out there, which doesnt seem too bad.
