Full Question and Answer with Charlotte Bobcats minority owner Andy Warlick (http://www.gastongazette.com/sports/team_32546___article.html/think_cutting.html)

Gastonia's Warlick thinks Bobcats headed in right direction with Brown (http://www.gastongazette.com/sports/warlick_32547___article.html/think_season.html)

Idiot=Worst Decision Ever

Warlick feels the hiring of Sam Vincent before the 2007-08 season was the team's worst move in its history. Vincent was fired after last season and replaced by Brown.

"I think we got behind with Sam Vincent," Warlick said. "There's no doubt about that. You can't hide that. Not only did he get us a year behind, I think he also set us back. I think that was the worst mistake of our franchise history. If you had to ask me, ‘What's the biggest mistake we made?' You know, you could say things like (the since-folded) C-SET (television network) and all that were futuristic kinds of things that the market wasn't ready for at this point in time. But to hire Sam Vincent, in my opinion, was a bad mistake. He set us back with his management style and coaching.

Other thoughts on Jordan, hindsight with draft picks, late excitement about the team, etc.

Can we send that to Anaheim, they might want to read it...

And did he really have to bash the Heels so much?

Thanks for sharing, though!

Fair to say that the Idiot didn't get a letter of reference when he left?
