I think that some made that assumption because the Observer listed him as the starter - but we all know that the Observer is useless when it comes to that sort of info.

My LP situation is very bizarre. I cancelled it, but for some reason the very first game in their lineup is open to me...the others don't even show up in my schedule. If that game happens to be the Bobcats and it's on either of the FSN channels it's blocked. Luckily, the last two non televised Bobcats' games fell into that slot.

How lucky can I be?

Dontell getting some time.

We can't stop the dribble penetration. Everyone knows that's our weakness.

On one play 3 people bobbled the ball; Felton passes to Gana and it hits him in the chest, flies out then hits Howard's hands and goes towards out of bounds...Howard goes after it, slings it in and it hits Boris' hands and he loses it to a Philly player.

I am happy for the win but this game was yet another game where the Bobcats started strong and got out to a big lead only to lose it. This team needs to learn to go for the jugular. Still the fact that Larry does not hardly trust his bench leads to some awful tired starters. Two bench contributors does not cut it if this team is to win enough games in a season to make the playoffs.

I personally don't like the way LB manages games some nights. How the hell does DJ guard Iguodala who easily shoots over the smurf? Things like that puzzle me. Also the fact that Larry has no trust in many of his needed bench players means that our starters are running on fumes late in games. If this team had some depth they may make a little bit of noise in the playoffs should they make them. Since that is not the case getting there is just the prelude to an easy sweep. We are not like the Atlanta Hawks of last year.

We had a foul to give. As soon as Green caught the ball Felts should have grabbed him. Instead, Green had enough time to up fake, get Felts up a little and still get a good look.

My point is that Green should never have been allowed to get that shot up - to even start his motion. We should have sent them to a side inbounds.

Green was white hot in the 3rd - even if his last couple were short.

Naaaa, the one after that. The jump ball between DJ and Iggy. Ball came out to the side and the Sixers announcers were saying that Crash went over the back of Miller and it should have been a foul.

It 100% should have been a foul on DJ - which is what he was trying to do.

After I totally exposed him for his defensive flaw he comes out tonight and stayed pretty square all night negating the point I had made!!

We did seem to have some pretty crappy hands tonight. Even the full length outlet that DJ threw and hit Crash under the hoop at the other end unguarded Crash fumbled - which would have been an easy basket.

I may as well tell y'all why I post Bobcats are going to lose post. That is part of my Superstition and I use it to get more wins than losses. Late in the year I posted negative comments feeling it could get the team big wins. Since the Bobcat is out of the bag this Superstition is over. Just thought I had better say something since it is obvious I am being ignored. Some of my negative comments are because I feel that way but the team is going to lose stuff is Superstitious. I will have to find a new Superstition. Maybe I will get clothing for every team in the NBA and wear the outfit of the team the Bobcats are playing against. Probably a little pricy but I will come up with some quirky Superstition that is doable. Ball caps are cheaper so maybe I'll do that.

I swear I don't remember Miller being quite this good. On the post up neither guard could defend him, mainly because it was that "spin and go straight up" instead of just backing them down. DJ did stop him a couple of times, but throughout the night everyone was getting penetration on anybody. It got really bad when Iggy decided to get involved.

I'll bet LB spends hours and hours this summer on defending the drive.

And Rasul Butler just did to Flash what Flash does to everyone else...3 at the buzzer to tie.

I will have to find a new Superstition.

Please do. Most times I think you're a very valuable poster to the board, but in case you haven't noticed doing what you do in the game threads right when we're fighting the good fight really pisses me and others off.

It is great to win but don't forget that this team has started hot in three straight games only to lose big leads. We won tonight but how often can this team give up momentum and still win? Not being a party pooper but just bringing up the obvious. I hope if this team can get a big lead next game that they maintain that lead. It would be nice to see this team win without all the drama at the end of games each week. My heart about leaps out of my chest in all these close games. When they end in a loss it really makes me feel like chit for a long time afterwards. I can almost handle a solid blowout rather than losing games it seems the team should win.

No Raja Bell = no SG. We're lucky to win at all without Raja. If Felton hadn't been sick from the field tonight we'd never have kept up with them.

Tho we need more...only being real weak at one backup spot is pretty decent for LB's FIRST year. With all the picks we have in the draft I think he'll be able to cover the holes pretty decently this offseason.

I know what you mean. I was watching him the other night against the Hawks and I wasn't sure if I was watching Andre Miller or Deron Williams.

He just plods along, picks and chooses his spots, doesn't do anything over whelming but doesn't do anything real stupid either.

Maybe being in a contract year has something to do with it!!

I am glad to see him in Philly where he can be a bit more of a key factor to their success. I am glad Philly is in the Playoffs so they can see Andre in action. He deserves some recognition.

He is no perennial All Star but he is not far from it imo.

It's unfair for any PG to be compared to Chris Paul.

Naah!

It's kind of like BK in his last year or so here. Kid never had a decent shot but was very good at hitting the open man for the easy basket. Then suddenly he developed that shot right above the FT line and it became money.

X10 = Miller. Boy found his shot, but all over the court instead of in just one place!

I can handle them if they are spread out over time but each game one after the other just is too much to take. Especially when our team comes out smoking and then just finds itself in a dogfight.

It does all of us too, but it's hard not to be very excited about next year when we get some legit depth. Just think, for most of the 2nd half of the season the only reliable backup we've had is DJ. Vlad at first, but it seems he's out in space a lot lately.

BTW, the Bulls' link is working now on ATDHE.

Did you see the play before when DJ tried to do that with Miller? They didn't call it and let him get the shot off...I just knew they were going to give him 3 FTs.

Refs were very strange at the end of the game and I would have hated to put that in their hands.

Besides, on THAT ONE he defended him well.

Heh, it's going to be hard to win this argument because what he did worked this time! :p

We win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well stated! The mistake would have been to have fouled and Philly possibly getting 4 points and winning the game. Ray did the right thing. LB is the coach and he probably told the team how he wanted to defend in that situation. We won. Ray and Gerald had monster games. I don't indulge in what should'a when you win.
