Penguins do indeed have knees! Most of the leg of a penguin is covered in feathers. Only the lower leg is externally visible. Howerever, underneath those feathers penguins do have an upper part of the leg, and knees!

I'm going to be running a 5K race with my daughter tomorrow. Will I be running slow, slow as hell or so slow that I'm being passed by women pushing baby carriages?
How old is your daughter? Becasue if shes young enough you can keep pace for a little, then go to slow. If not, um slow as a mother f'er?

She is 9. She'll start out fast but tire after about 2 miles, so I'll be able to keep up :)
