Just for grins & giggles, say the draft fell like this. What do you do if you're the Bobcats GM?

1- LA Clippers....Blake Griffin (no explanation needed)
2- Memphis...Ricky Rubio (they need a point)
3- Oklahoma City...James Harden (this seems to be the spot for him)
4- Sacremento...Hasheem Thabeet (the player most King fans want)
5- Washington...Johnny Flynn (allows them to move Arenas off the ball)
6- Minnesota...Stephen Curry (need a pg/2nd scoring option)
7- Golden State...Jeff Teague (need a pg)
8- New York...DeMar DeRozan (2nd scoring option)
9- Toronto...Gerald Henderson (they need perimeter defense)
10- Milwaukee...Terrence Williams (wing help)
11- New Jersey...Jordan Hill (a banger to compliment Lopez)
12- Charlotte...

BTW- let me go ahead and say it before it becomes an issue, this isn't my attempt at trying to predict the 1st round. It's just an attempt to get people to think outside the box, the box being if the players most seem to want (Henderson, T. Williams, Harden, Hill, etc.) were all gone.

Definitely Tyreke Evans. Earl Clark would be my second choice.

Evans is the best player left on the board and plays good D...if you believe LB then he would be the pick...and certainly would be a huge upgrade (as a back up to Bell) at SG when compared to what we had last year...

If that is the pick then I'd keep the 2 seconds and really role the dice on a PF with the first 2 from Pendergraph, Heytvelt, or D. Carroll (whichever is available)...then go big PG with the second 2 from Tepic or De Colo and leave them over seas a year or if they are really desperate to play them bring them to the Dleague and see if they have anything...

Other alternative with the two seonds (if we can get back in the first with them) is role the dice on (if available) Hansbrough, T. Gibson, Maynor, Lawson, Summers, Brown etc....in other words best player available with that pick...

Any of these could/would strenghten the bench at worst...and that would only be a good thing...

Def. Tyreke. He's not the smartest kid, and won't win any titles as a main guy, but he's a solid player for sure and he'll get the job done.

I'm thinking we might even be able to trade 2 seconds for Earl if he falls.
