What about 2 first rounders?

I think Brown really wants another pick somewhere in the first round. I dont know of any ideas to get one besides trading both our seconds. Our last second rounder is like the end of the draft so i dont know how much value it really has. I want 2 first rounders because those two players could be those 2 bench players who could come in and contribute. If we could do a Vlad plus the 2 second rounders for a pick `18-25 range i would love to do it. I think the better talent we can get now will help us out so much more once raja and diaw's contracts are up.

Any thoughts on whether giving up a piece + the 2nd rounders to get another 1st would be a great idea?

It's not a bad idea, but it's easier said than done. Still, some teams like to get rid of their first round picks so they don't have to pay the guaranteed money.

I wouldn't fear: as terrible as management has been at times, I have no doubt they are trying to acquire picks.

Teams just outright sell them so if the FO wants one it really is not that hard to do...if you're willing yo pay the price...
