Well, Ford has him ging #16 to Chicago. He's a horse at the PF spot. It would make sense if we are making the move with Chicago and trading #12 for #16 and #26.

Or with Sixers (when Vlad (F) would be sent away). Hopefully it is not the case. And hopefully it is just in case thing if we wont have our boy at 12th (or none of the two). Draft day thing.

i wouldnt mind at all. I like Terrence Williams at #12, but we could get #16 AND #26 from Chicago.
Their are several mock drafts that have T-Will slipping to #16, so if we make a trade with Chicago but require that they take Henderson (by picking for them, then trading the pick to them), we could still get our guy.

He's a horse alright and was in the top 10 for awhile. But at this point, my plan C is Eaaaarrrllllllllllllll not Johnson
I agree on Earl as plan C...they're probably just doing due diligence (which is a good thing) and both the Raptors and Nets have thought about Johnson so us bringing him in only gives them more to think about...
Tobin is not a bad agent and if he has a good rep with us then he may have called and asked us to take a look which also helps Johnson with other teams above us...just a thought...

think we are just looking plan c options incase Henderson and T-Will are gone... That's exactly what this is/was. Thanks to Larry, we shan't be caught with our pants down. This year, moreso than any other, contingency plans out the yin-yang are called for, and it looks like we have our bases covered, which is, of course, a very good thing.

As an aside, I really, really respect Johnson and Brown for coming out here the day before the draft, especially considering all the cross-country travel they've been through the last month. That really showed me a lot.
Even though Johnson's concentration and focus were iffy during his two years here in Winston, there's no question about his althleticism, and his potential to be an enforcer inside (high level belt kickboxer, as is his dad), so to be honest, if TWill is gone, I wouldn't be upset if Johnson is given the nod over Henderson...plus maybe picking Johnson would make the Winston Salem Journal actually cover the Cats on a semi-frequent basis for a change....
