I think the trade actually was for Brian Shaw. The Cavs demanded either Shaq or a 2nd also.

Cleveland trying to make sure LBJ stays in Cleveland. Great move for giving up so little. Now they just have to make sure the money works, but going into the Luxury Tax zone to keep LBJ is understandable.

That will free up a lot of money also if Shaq hangs it up after next year. But they say if he plays well, he might want to play another 2 year Contract.

If Ben Wallace does retire, works good for Phoenix in freeing up money also, and Sasha is up after next year also.
