I have the #7 pick in my extremely cut throat money league.

Is #7 too high to look at DeAngelo Williams? I know that he went ballistic last season, but he can't possibly repeat those numbers... Can he?

Not with the other half of Double Trouble and our schedule, no.

I've never played FF but isn't your first pick normally reserved for a QB?

This league's scoring is usually dominated by running backs.

Our starting lineups look like this
1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 Flex (WR/RB or TE)
1 TE
1 Kicker
1 Defense

If you're a football fan, that makes total sense. However, very rarely are QBs taken in the first round. As Ziggy was saying, the vast majority of league formats demand you take a RB first because the drop off from the best RBs to the mediocre ones is much more substantial than the top QBs to the mediocre QBs.
