What was the name of the song that played during the video intro at home games this past year? Can't find it anywhere.
Thanks.

i have a video of the intro on my home cpu. I will see if it will upload tonight. Last years intro was def. the best since I have been a Bobcat ticket holder.

BeeKizzle that would be awesome if you could upload that intro video. Thanks in advance.
If I remember correctly there were 4 staple songs for every Bobcats game last year.
Intro Video
Fort Minor - Remember The Name
Before Tip
Young Jeezy - Put On
T.I. w/Rhianna - Live your life
Leading into 2nd Half
M.I.A - Boyz <-----Loved this one because the dance The Lady Cats do to it. I was always pissed if they were still hanging out in the back when this song started up.

It's cool, thanks for trying though.
I forgot one of the songs. Does anyone know what the song was that they played between the 3rd and 4th quarter where Rufus would try and make the crowd get loud? They don't play any lyrics with it so I don't know how to look it up.

What songs would you guys like to see in NEXT year's intro?
Here's my wish list.
For the intro video, (last year's Remember the Name) I'd like Hero by Nas ft. Keri Hilson. Get everyone pumped up.
For the player intros (last year's Put On), I haven't heard a new song good enough yet, but for the moment Flo-Rida's In the Ayer works.
For the fan montage (last year's Live Your Life) I'd like It's My Time by Fabulous ft. Jeromih. Ya know, get us in the playoff mindset, and individual games. This would be a good 4th quarter one too.
Going into the 4th quarter, I'd like to take a page from the Panthers and play Welcome to the Jungle. Since we're the 'Cats and all, ya know.

Boy, only The Beagle could come up with this one!
Intro video: Beck's Nicotine and Gravy
Player intro: The Who's Won't Get Fooled Again
Pre-tip: Van Halen's Jump (yeah, it's been done before, and probably to death, but I always loved it and thought it was appropriate....always got me pumped at least)
Starting 2nd half: Thin Lizzy's The Boys are Back in Town
Starting 4th: Pearl Jam's Blood
Also have Rolling Stone's Paint it Black during one of the late timeouts of a close game in the 4th to keep the fans from falling into a lull.
If I really took the time, I could refine it a bit, but off the top of my head it's a nice list if I do say so myself....if a little unorthodox

That is unorthodox, yes. But fine by me. I've only thought about these:
Intro video...Saliva's "Ladies and Gentlemen"
Player intros...Kings of Leon's "Crawl" (Just go instrumental with this)
I may come up with more, but those two are ones I wouldn't mind.

This would never ever ever ever EVER happen in the "family friendly" NBA of 2009, but whenever I hear Mark Henry's WWE intro music, I think to myself wouldn't it be cool if the Bobcats used that as their intro. :g:
