Not bad to start off the season at #19. Honestly, I dont think we've ever been looked at so favorably at the beginning of the season. At least it is a little sign of respect.

The Pistons are worse than us, and the Sixers don't even have a (true) point guard.

I think they're taking into account Brand's return, which could make the Sixers strong once again.

I'll take 19 now, preseason doesn't really matter anyway and trading isn't done I don't think.

My heart is hurting at the fact that we are ranked one spot higher than the Clippers....I really don't see the Raptors as better than us, they strike me as soft and don't have many proven winners.

i think LAC should be about 20-25
I think the Raptors are better thn us now on paper...we will see how it plays out once the season starts

If the Clippers weren't the Clippers (i.e. Dumbleavy, Stirling, etc.) then they'd be favorites to make the playoffs in the West...they're stacked.

But we are better than Toronto...

I wish we would've been ranked around #25, I like coming out of nowhere and shocking the world! But I will say it is nice to finally be getting some respect.

We could be ranked #1 and still shock the world if we made the playoffs. It's ridiculous how often we're referred to as irrelevant.

Yeah and I read where someone said something like "the new Bobcats jersey's are cool, atleast now they don't have to look like a D-League team" which pissed me off!

They've been right and wrong many times, so just worry about what happens from November till end of season and let the others have their opinion without freaking out that ESPN ranked the Charlotte Bobcats 19th when they should've been ranked 15th in a Preseason Power Ranking.

It really sucks how we never get any national t.v. games, how is our fanbase supposed to grow if nobody outside of NC can watch the Bobcats?

Although it's very possible that regular season is in play.
