Kinda makes you wonder if our FO might have had some idea Okafor was starting to break down and decided to get someone else in, and the shorter Contract was like icing on the cake. Not saying that is what happened here, but it is kinda curious.
Hmm. if he has more issues in NOLA then we'll know, I certainly wouldn't be surprised.
I think the possibilities (probabilities) of injuries to EO50 and Chandler are equal....I doubt (if something was already wrong) NO would have made the trade since they knew exactly what was happening with Chandler vs. an unknown with EO50...probably just (as it says) sore knees (not unusual for big men) and they are being cautious because they know they need him...

I still don't understand how Okafor, an undersized C, Now moved to the west which is big man dominated, is suppose to have a better year then Tyson. The Hornets have CP 3 and no one else. Paul will give him beautiful passes and Okafor will miss the shot some how. Now Okafor is going into the season hurt, Tyson's recovering from an injury. Looks like Tyson is alreadt having a better start.

Plenty of love from me. He is the 1B to Paul's 1A as MVP for their team. I know at one point, they had a worse record when West was out than when Paul was out. He's got one of the best midrange jumpers in the league, maybe the best for PFs.

I should've quoted CarolinaKat specifically I guess. I'm so lazy :(
Anyway, I agree. West balls.

That title would belong to Dirk but West certainly is one of the better mid range shooting big men in the league no doubt
