Mindset of a bust

What do you think goes on in the mind of a bust? Do they know they are getting their last paycheck ever? Did Sean May fantasize about a whopper with cheese as he put on a Bobcats hat? Did Ammo think about how many chicks he could score with that sweet ass stache... etc

I think a lot of those guys go play ball elsewhere and we just don't hear about them anymore. We've got cats in Columbia that go to Europe for a good part of the year and then return to Columbia and live very successful lives.

The only thing that really matters is whether they look at the job as a profession or just as a way to get star status. Most guys by NBA bust standards can still go elsewhere and make a living playing basketball. It's just a matter of whether their pride will allow them to do so.

Also in complete speculation, I'd be willing to bet the guys that are a little older and have families adjust better out of necessity than the single guys who want to keep living the life of a playboy.

A lot of these guys use their status to score mediocre jobs anyway, selling cars or local announcer gigs-- things like that.
