The Lurker "Coming Out" Thread

In this thread lurkers ( those who have hung around BCP for a while but never registered and posted ) will have the opportunity to come out of their lurking closet and proudly announce theirselves to their fellow BCP brethren.

In this thread newly reformed former lurkers simply need to post the following:

I state your forum identity have hung around BobcatsPlanet since ___________ reading the game threads, gawking at the Natasha post of the day thread, marvelling at the insanity of ballwhore and giggling at Emeka as the dancing bodybuilder... but today I'm denouncing my status as a lurker, I'm manning up and making my first post on BCP.

Hi Forum, I've just registered now to make a comment on this
thread.

I've been lurking in this forum for...well, maybe since the beginning.

I lived in Wilmington, NC during my high school year when Charlotte
was first given a team Hornets, and had unbelivable attendance
record every home game. Since Wilmington was more of a Jordan
town, nobody around cared about Hornets though.

Although I followed Hornet during their years in Charlotte, I was
a bit away from NBA. After graduating from high school, I went
back to Japan (I'm Japanese living in Hong Kong right now, by the way),
and could not catch what's going on until internet became publicly
available by dial up connection, streaming information of NBA.

My attention wasn't caught until the talk that they may move out
due to issues with their profitability. Since then, I was a daily lurker in
RealGM and Observer's forum checking out what was happening.

So, even though I never had a chance to attend Hornets game or
Bobcats, I've been a following almost every one of their steps.

Now, thanks to faster connection of internet, sometimes I can actually
watch a game, read what fans are thinking, and especially visit this
great site.

Thank you everybody in this forum for giving me such a pleasure in life.

This is so true, I've play'd basketball in the Lily gym where Jordans highschool jersey is hanging. I've also play'd on their football field in a playoff game. It's strange with all this basketball pride this state has the Bobcats can't get more love. I know people in Charlotte that dont even known theres a NBA team there.

im just writing to say sorry for not posting much, im in college so i mainly just lurk when i can, also im a vikings fan (finally can admit it) so i've been paying alot of attention to them, but now that it's bball season i have to lock down
