I haven't started on the 3rd book in that trilogy yet.
Not sure how it'll go. Leviathan was awesome, Behemoth was meh.

You gotta keep up to witness Mr. Tesla finally making an appearance... he's quite a "character". 2nd books in most trilogies suck pineapples. I've made my peace with that fact a while ago, so now I tend to temper my expectations of middle entries.
Goliath is worth it, trust me.
Cloud Atlas, it's quite... intriguing. I'd highly recommend it.
Finally got around to reading Matthew Reilly's new book 'Scarecrow and the Army of Thieves'
Pretty typical Matthew Reilly book, pretty solid as always.
If you don't know who Matthew Reilly is, he's an action buff hollywood style military writer who I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy.
I would especially recommend his Jack West series, 7 Ancient Wonders, 6 Sacred Stones, 5 Greatest Warriors.
Blindsight by Peter Watts.
If you're into SF, it's mandatory.
As a result of me being in a severe Walking Dead withdrawal, I've started plowing through the Walking Dead comics series.
For those of you that have read it, am I going to like the comic better than the show?
I'm currently on The Walking Dead volume 5, and I'm floored how different the comic is than the show. Lots of the relationships between many of the characters are entirely different. Lori is still entirely hate-able however. So far so good though, I'm enjoying it.

I finally got ahold of the 4th Eragon book on Christmas so i've been plowing through that for the past couple of days
