Operation rebuild: 2013

by now we have pages and pages of posts and re-posts about everyone's take on the deadline trade and the new direction mj has taken this team. what's done is done. those that agree you are drinking the kool aide. those that disagree, you suck you sky is falling fake fans.

your new mission use the 2012 free agency class to get us a championship here is mine with hopefully realistic numbers. assumptions from me: we move all long term salary including diop with the exception of tyrus with a combinations of trades of players like jackson and most or all acquired draft picks.

here are my four wants and their salaries and contracts:
cp3 max deal
howard max deal
kg 4 years 35 mil
allen 3 years 20 mil


yes we overpay for kg and allen but it get us a championship and that is all i want. if we have more money and he will take a low offer as a friend. i would gladly take on crash for a championship run at 2 years 18 mil.

That team would be WAY over the cap, right?

Anyway, if we could manage to get Dwight and CP3, we wouldnt need another great player. We would have what no other top team has, a dominant Center and Point Guard. We could fill the rest of the roster with Hendo, Barnes, and Tyrus and we would be set.

Just say no to Kevin Garnett.

i forgot to mention jordan finally does 2 things:

1. use his GOAT status to wink/nod deals with kg and allen. they will retire after the first championship voiding their deals
2. go way into the luxury tax. i am banking on no hard cap.

not sure how to do it by signing FA's but this is what we need to do.

don't care. i want a freaking ring and to be able watch my team on the friggin tv. espn won't be blacked out so i can watch them at least 40 times in stunning HD.
