a 6'4 sg is considered average or below average, where as a 6'6 sg is considered to have great size.

A) Kemba shoots 43.4% from the field...takes about 15.9 shots a game...makes 6.9 of them...Shoots 5.2 FT's a game...makes 4.6 of them...which is 87.2%...Kemba is a horrible 3 point shooter thoughQuote:

I don't buy this he's a rookie thing...In some ways you can say Lillard never had a hard time adjusting to the speed of the NBA...but in the end...They are the same age...Lillard played 4 years in College...Kemba played 3...If they are the same age and stats-wise literally neck and neck...How is one that much better than the other?

One is the average height of a point guard...the other is above average...Kemba can't hit a 3 to save his life...but he can hit a two...I have yet to see a defender play off of him like they did with young Rondo (And Rondo has developed that mid range jumper now)Quote:

I don't buy this height thing. Height is important when evaluating a guy who is not in the league and projecting how he would do against taller guys when he gets into the NBA. Kemba has shown that his (lack of) height is not a big factor in the NBA. He is too quick and athletic and that helps him get into the lane and score at will. To say that a guy is a better basketball player than player x because he is taller is an ignorant statement.
Kemba will develop a 3 in due time. Once he does that, he will be even more dangerous driving for they have to play up on him and this will also allow him to find others for open shots if they start to collapse with help D. So that will make him better then Lillard in the end. We can play theory basketball with how good somebody can get all day.
Kemba is nice, but lets be real, Lillard has a higher ceiling.
